Job Overview

As the Brand Marketing Specialist - Beauty, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase revenue across various channels. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging, create content, and identify market opportunities to grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital operations strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and marketing plans.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Digital Content: Coordinate the creation and distribution of engaging digital content, including product descriptions, videos, images, and blog posts.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
