Role Overview: The KOL Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with KOLs, optimizing cooperation methods and strategies, and plan for KOL activities tailored towards users in different markets etc. This role requires a keen understanding of influencer marketing, strong networking skills, and a strategic approach to business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering impactful partnerships and driving business growth through influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging and managing KOL partnerships.
  • Identify and establish relationships with KOLs that align with our brand values and business objectives.
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL partnerships and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and manage a BD team to continuouslyexpand KOL networks and long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development or influencer marketing in the crypto industry.
  • Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and market trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English
