• Work closely with suppliers to ensure that new products meet quality standards and can be manufactured at scale within the required cost and time constraints.
• Ensure smooth coordination of pilot production runs, identifying and addressing any issues in materials, processes, or designs before full-scale production.
• Create and manage the NPI timeline, working with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and potential risks are mitigated.
• Drive continuous improvement during NPI, gathering lessons learned to refine processes for future product introductions. - Quality and Process Improvement:
• Identify potential bottlenecks and quality issues during the NPI process and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.
• Support product testing and validation, ensuring products meet required specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the NPI process. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work with product development, quality assurance, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on product requirements, schedules, and launch readiness.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders to report on NPI progress, key milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
How you will stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in NPI, product development, supply chain engineering, or operations management, preferably in a tech or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from design through to mass production and launch.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement.
- Proficient in NPI tools and techniques such as failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), design for manufacturability (DFM), and process flow mapping.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with product design, testing, or manufacturing in the electronics, hardware, or consumer technology space.
What you will experience working with us:
- A culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;

- Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;
- Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;
- Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;
- Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;
