POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing and Admin Specialist with solid experience in recruitment support and sourcing. The role focuses on helping identify talent across the Southeast Asia region while managing recruitment-related administration and vendor coordination.

RESPONSBILITIES

  • Work closely with regional recruiters to source qualified candidates across various functions and countries in SEA.
  • Use a range of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and direct outreach through LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Keep sourcing trackers and candidate databases up to date to ensure accurate reporting and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors, including onboarding, document management, and follow-up on deliverables.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as vendor invoice processing, contract tracking, and maintaining documentation.
  • Contribute to improving sourcing processes and recruitment operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or HR operations, preferably in a regional setting.
  • Hands-on experience using Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or recruitment agencies.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
