Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in building high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in .NET development, a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles, and the ability to communicate fluently in Chinese.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain robust .NET applications, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will play a key role in leading development efforts, mentoring junior team members, and providing technical leadership on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core technologies.
  • Work closely with the project management and development teams to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet business objectives.
  • Lead the design and architecture discussions, implementing best practices to ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and web services that integrate with various systems.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the security of applications through proper code practices and vulnerability assessments.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting a high standard of code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members in Chinese and English to ensure clear communication and project success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience in SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
