**Job Summary**:
Manage and oversee the Human Capital & Admin functions and activities for the Group to support the organizations business direction and long-term goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly payment as well as statutory requirements are met and complied with.
- Handle all employment related matters or issues pertaining to hiring, promotion, transfer, grievances handling, counselling & disciplinary, safety & health, industrial relations, performance appraisals, etc.
- Conduct new employee orientations, employee relations counselling and exit interviewing.
- Handle and provide sound advice to management on issues related to disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters.
- Lead and direct foreign workers recruitment and expatriates work permit.
- Oversee staff training requirements in support of company objectives.
- Oversee and manage the company's performance management system to drive high performance.
- Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOP, rules and regulations, and monitor compliance, to be in line with company's goals and employee needs.
- Support all local & overseas HR departments in the Group; ensure consistency in the execution of all HR strategies and policies and procedures for the Group.
- Provide HR advice to subsidiaries when required.
- Oversee systems administration for all HR systems, including BrioHR.
- Ensure all daily HR and Admin operations are executed efficiently and in compliance to statutory requirements.
- Planning and creating employee relations and engagement activities.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 7 year(s) of proven working experience as HR & Admin Manager.
- Strong knowledge of managing sensitive/confidential situations.
- People oriented, with confidence and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Good working knowledge of HR best practices and processes, Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations 1967 and other related statutory requirements.
- Experience in Foreign Worker recruitment and expatriate work permit processing.
- Strong leadership skills and team work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Renumeration**:
- Basic salary: RM 8,000 - RM 10,000
