**Main Task**

Assist and support Shipping Manager in all shipping tasks and activities.
- Provide husbanding services to vessel.
- Prepare and submit shipping documents to port and relevant authorities.
- Communicate with internal teams, shipping agents, vessel owners, principals and other related parties to coordinate vessel calls, berthing arrangements and documentation requirements.
- Provide timely updates and responses to inquiries related to shipping activities, including tracking vessel status and resolving shipping-related issues.
- Keep abreast of port development, port and regulatory compliance, government authorities compliance.
- Build, maintain and nurture good rapport with government authorities.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree holder of any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience (preferably in similar industry - freight forwarding)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and able to endure variable working hours.
- Able to work independently and proactive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
