5. Communication: Site supervisors must convey instructions clearly to workers and communicate project updates to stakeholders. They also need to listen to concerns and feedback from the team and address them appropriately.

6. Client Relations: Site supervisors often serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
