**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the overall smooth running of the Kindergarten in terms of general administration and academic
- Overseeing coordinating all curriculum and activities deliveries by teachers
- Ensure overall well-being and safety of the children.
- Responsible for or assist in staff recruitment especially for teachers
- Provide motivation and a positive working environment to teachers and for teachers to teach in a conducive learning environment for children
- Oversee the Center facilities by supervising the maintenance regularly
- Set and conduct meeting with agendas and objectives
- Prepare administer and oversee the overall maintenance and hygiene of all facilities and equipment
- Monitor staffs and children attendance lessons planning maintaining guidance health and food services for the children
- Monitor and maintain an overview of the curriculum and co-curriculum to ensure effective implementation and ensure the highest possible quality of education for the children
- Manage the center enrollment and ensure there is a growth in number of students.

- Regular communication and meeting with parents Handle complaints in a professional manner
- _Staff Management_*
- Manage the timetable and manpower allocation of teaching staffs

Overall managing for all staff, counsel and find solution to staff with poor
- **Performance**_
- Establishing a positive working environment and lead by example

Work with the management team to resolve and strategies to improve the overall operational matter

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 1 year as Kindergarten Principal

Or

Possess a Diploma in early Childhood education and at least 2 years as kindergarten principal

Or

Possess an ECCE course certificate and have experience in managing or assisted in managing a kindergarten
- Familiar with the Malaysian National Preschool Curriculum
- Possess good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
- Have good leadership quality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Loving and patient with children

**Working hours : 09:00am - 06:00pm Monday - Friday**

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (required)

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
