Job Descriptions:

- Assist contract manager in the overall QS operation of project assigned such as tendering and cost analysis, certification & VO, drawing and consultant coordination.
- Able to prepare tender pricing and contract documents with minimum supervision (good knowledge on current market rate is required)
- Able to liaise with contractors, contract administration and drafting contractual correspondences.
- Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor or minimum diploma in Quantity Surveyor
- At least 3 years working experience is required for this position.
- Experience in handling of factory, steel structure, tank is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred due to work nature.
- Has a strong computer skill (MS Office Applications).
- Have a strong interpersonal skill and high responsibility toward task given.
- Ability to work and handle project with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
