**Responsibilities**:

- Attend Customer issues onsite/remote.
- Troubleshooting issues PC/Laptop user using Software
- Troubleshooting MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reimage Laptop/PC - Installing Driver Printer
- Solve all the issue by ticket given
- Experience in all computer parts
- Installation Windows OS

**Requirement**:

- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Working knowledge in PC hardware, printer and networking equipment.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Immediate Starter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
