Salary Package Rm2,500 - Rm 2,900 (Only can be confirm after interview )
Monday - Friday
9 am - 6 pm
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ADMIN BEFORE
Job Description:
- Scheduling, re-schedule and co-ordination of meetings based on priorities
- Resolve conflicts with mínimal direction
- Understand and schedule meetings based on importance to executive
- Must be well versed with MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- English Proficiency is a must as we are serving overseas clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, autonomous, dependent, pro-active, humble, passionate & dedicated, honest confident, reliable and responsible, creative & diligent.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
