Job Description: ELV Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview: The ELV Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing the finances of ELV projects. They estimate costs, create budgets, and control expenses to ensure projects stay within budget. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Estimate costs for ELV systems based on project requirements.

Budget Preparation: Create detailed budgets for ELV projects, including materials and labor.

Tender Evaluation: Evaluate proposals from suppliers and contractors.

Cost Control: Monitor project costs and implement measures to control expenses.

Progress Reporting: Provide regular reports on project costs and budget updates.

Variation Management: Manage changes to project costs and document approvals.

Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers for timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in ELV projects or construction/engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and cost implications.
- Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- 2 - 3 years experience
