Expected Role
- Daily administrative duties
- Responsible for customer’s admin enquiries on school services
- Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes
- Ad-hoc duties will be assigned from time to time depending on projects and events
- Basic accounting/ bookkeeping
- ⁠Design and maintain filing system
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
