Coordinate training programs, assess needs, design modules, and organize sessions. Evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- **Develop initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize events, recognition programs, and surveys. Implement strategies for morale and retention.**:

- Handle HR tasks like onboarding, records management, leave systems, and policy updates. Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support goal setting, evaluations, and improvement plans. Advise on performance-related matters.
- Address queries, concerns, and conflicts. Promote positive communication and resolve issues.
- Generate HR reports on metrics like headcount, turnover, and training effectiveness. Provide insights for HR decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and ethics. Stay updated and maintain HR practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.**:

- Proficient in HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- **Must be able to work in Gelang Patah.**:

- 5 days of work per week.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
