Handyman

To perform planned preventive maintenance as scheduled
- To coordinate, maintain and operate all civil parts and equipment of the building
- Handle all civil and building facilities Maintenance and repair works accurately and in a timely manner
- To ensure that all relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied with.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the
- Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.
- Inspect project site and evaluate contractor work to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes.
- Report maintenance problems occurring at the project site to supervisor and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.

**Job Requirements**
- Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of working experience
- Able to start immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
