To assist the Managing Director and Finance Director and will play a critical role in the financial management overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the achievement of the company's financial goals. The Manager will also troubleshoot issues and update management on the latest accounting and tax changes deemed relevant to the Group of Companies.

*To implement, monitor and report on accounting SOP across the whole group of companies & ensure standardization of practice
*To identify financial risks and develops internal control policies and strategies to comply with the Malaysia accounting standard.
*To conduct an internal audit quarterly to ensure compliance, accuracy of reports, continuous process improvement, and report findings to the Management.
*To do an analysis of the financial report and ensure all cost incurred is justifiable and approved. (Variances analysis on income and expenditure). To recommend cost-cut measures to improve company profitability.
*To provide cash flow report weekly to Management and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
*Implement strategies to optimize cash utilization and investments.
*Oversee all divisions to ensure financial reports submitted are accurate and updated including driver incentives calculation.
*To ensure relevant PICs submit accurate, monthly departmental performance report to Management timely.
*To submit Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance, and Group consolidation report to management not later than 6 weeks after the month-end closing.
*To attend to external auditor, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies.
*To conduct once-yearly audit on accounting record management filling system at HQ and subsidiaries
*To check and approve salesman commission to verify the accuracy of the payment
*To prepare and advise Management on the tax planning to achieve maximum savings.
*To proposed improvement on the financial system to reduce workload and improvement efficiency.
*To set KPI for the team to ensure they are in line with the company objectives, goal, and appraisal of their result at year-end.
*To prepare and advise Management on the tax planning to achieve maximum savings.
*To supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts or accounting professionals and provide guidance/ support to team members.
*To review accounts team Job Description once yearly to ensure the job scope is updated and relevant.
*Other assignments from time to time.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
