Workshop Supervisor

**Job Requirements**

Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance trucks

Discipline, punctual and responsible in work

Knowledge with safety and ISO is an added advantage

Responsible for the day to day safe and efficient running of the mechanical workshop.

Responsible for maintaining a database of everything purchased.

Responsible for the quality of the work carried out and performs incoming and outgoing inspection on all parts and assemblies.

Planning and monitoring work within the workshop.

Able to work under fast phase environment.

Able to work independently and Teamworks

Need to be detailed oriented and be good at problem-solving as well as possess outstanding interpersonal skills.

Understanding on Fleet Maintenance Management System and GPS system.

**Responsibilities of the role**:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training and support to ensure their technical skills are up-to-date and their performance aligns with departmental goals.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of workshop operations for heavy equipment, truck and motor vehicle, including maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Ensure that services are executed efficiently and safely.

Allocate resources effectively, including technicians, tools, equipment, and parts to optimize workflow and meet service deadlines.

Implement quality control processes to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work meet established standards of excellence. Regularly inspect completed work to maintain high levels of workmanship.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair logs and maintenance schedules. Generate performance reports for review by upper management.

Oversee workshop activities, including organizing storage, implementing efficient layouts, and ensuring proper inventory management practices to minimize stock losses.

Manage inventory and set alert on low inventory level for procurement of necessary supplies.

Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, materials, and machines.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
