**Administrative Clerk Requirements and Qualifications**
- Prior secretarial experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with clients, peers, and subordinates
- Superb organizational skills
- Excellent time management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
**Administrative Clerk Duties and Responsibilities**
- Social media full interaction (mainly Whatssap and FB)
- Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
- Prepare boss agendas, manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
- Prepare and mail agreements with company partners, invoices, checks, and contracts
- Make travel arrangements for personnel
- Supervise and direct the work of office in general.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
