Chargeman is responsible in electrical aspect of our machinerary to plan, coordinate and execute PM System, maintaining and improving machine to ensure always in tip top condition and no breakdown.**Responsibilities**:_

1. To coordinate and implement shifty and daily checklist to ensure all machine parts and building under full monitoring and any sign of breakdown can be detected immediately.

2. To plan, coordinate and execute monthly PM task during weekly PM or any available machine stoppage to ensure maximum percentage of job done and minimize potential of breakdown.

3. To plan and execution preventive maintenance on all utilities (electrical supply, boiler, electrical parts).

4. To plan and execute training all staff on all basic electrical power knowledge.

5. To develop and execute machine checklist to ensure all machine under good condition and able to track breakdown symptom before total failure.

6. To plan and execute modification and improvement as needed or required by user.

7. To analyze and plan to reduce electricity consumption cost.

8. To ensure whole machine and maintenance area clean and tidy.

9. To ensure all maintenance job and all staff work safely.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Chargeman Certificate AO or A1
- 3 to 4 years experience in the capacity of a chargeman.
- At least 1-2 year of experience in factory environment
- Age: late 25 to 35
- Self-motivated, proactive
- Knowledge and hand-on experience in trouble-shooting and problem-solving of problems/issues related to motors (DC and AC).
- Work most of the time under hot production machine area.
- Can be on call for any adhoc job request.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
