Job Duties:
合理有效地履行自己的职责，进行预算规划和控制，完成仓库运营职责并实现成本节约措施。

Reasonably and effectively perform own duty, budget planning and control, complete warehouse operational duties and achieve cost saving measurement and efficient stock control.

Job Responsibilities:
1. 管理和监控中央厨房的原材料库存，确保库存充足，适时补充。

Manage and monitor the inventory of raw materials in the central kitchen, ensuring

sufficient stock and timely replenishment.

2. 根据需求向供应商下订单，购买原材料，并确保订单准确无误。

Place orders with suppliers based on demand, purchase raw materials, and ensure the

accuracy of orders.

3. 负责从中央厨房运输到各分店，确保运输过程中的安全与准时。

Responsible for the transportation of packaging, finished goods from the central kitchen to

various outlets, ensuring safety and punctuality during the process.

4. 监控和记录分店的库存情况，确保所有分店的库存充足。

Monitor and record the inventory status of the outlets, ensuring that all outlets have

sufficient stock.

5. 定期进行库存盘点，确保库存数据的准确性。

Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of stock data

6. 与各分店的负责人保持良好沟通，确保满足各店的库存需求。

Maintain good communication with the person in charge of each outlet to ensure the

inventory needs of each store are met.

7. Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to optimize inventory

management.

制定和实施库存控制系统和程序，以优化库存管理。

8. Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure

smooth operations.

与采购、销售和物流等其他部门合作，确保业务顺利进行。

9. Train and supervise inventory team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

培训和监督库存团队成员，根据需要提供指导和支持。

10. Responsible for checking the shelf life and quality problems of the products, and deal with

the products that do not meet the requirements in a timely manner.

分析库存数据以识别趋势，预测未来需求，并做出基于数据的决策以改进库存管

理。

11. Responsible for arranging the cleaning and sanitation of the store and common area.

负责安排库存部以及公用范围的环境，清洁和卫生工作。

12. Responsible for safety issues and equipment maintenance in the store.

负责处理库存部以及公用范围的的安全问题及设备维护

13. Reasonably control various operating expenses in the store and reduce operating costs.

合理控制各种运营费用，降低运营成本。

14. Responsible for the execution of other specific tasks arranged by the operation

department.

负责执行运营部门安排的其他具体任务。

15. Proper arrangement and placement of tools / utensils with proper labeling and record.

合理安排和摆放工具/器皿，并正确标签和记录。

Job Requirements:

3) At least 2 years experience in store/ warehouse management
