**Position**: Islamic Preschool Principal

**Location**: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the highest standards of education and care.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and enrollment.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the broader community.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current early childhood educational trends and best practices.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of educators.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
