_**Clinic Nurse Job Scope**:_
- _Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices and infection control policies. Maintains an environment conductive to patient safety._
- _Superior customer service and patient care skills._
- _Replenish supplies through out clinic._
- _Monitor patient flow within the department._
- _Projects a positive, professional attitude through both verbal and non-verbal communications in all interactions._
- _Responds within the scope of the support role to emergent situation, as directed by supervisor._
- _Must have the ability to work independently and think critically to problem solve._
- _Must have knowledge of windows based computer programs and the capacity for learning specialized software programs._
- _Examines specimens for unacceptability and takes appropriate actions._
- _Set up cash drawer and operates cash register as needed._
- _Answers telephone, takes messages and relays information as needed._
- _Always informs Charge Nurse/ Nurse Manager when leaving the department._
- **Hospital Aide Job Scope**:_
- _Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices and infection control policies. Maintains an environment conductive to patient safety._
- _Monitor patient flow within the department._
- _Follow dietitian's instruction on any patient requests. _
- _Deliver and pick up patient select menu for the next day at the nurses station._
- _Prepares menus correctly. Put menus in order for tray lines to run._
- _Delivers food carts to patients care unit._
- _Recognizes problems and assumes responsibility for helping to solve them when they occur._
- _Communicates observations of residents condition, preventing residents neglect, abuse and violations of rights and privacy, and promoting continuity of care through accurate and timely documentation and reporting._
- _Cleans patient room and other assigned areas daily, which may include, but is not limited to collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens, stocking needed, supplies and sanitizing all surface._
- _Perform clerical functions such as patient chart assembly, as necessary._
- _Responds within the scope of the support role to emergent situation, as directed by supervisor._
- _Night shift is responsible for helping other staff with closing the kitchen._
- _Always informs Charge Nurse/ Nurse Manager when leaving the department._
- **Requirement**:_
- Must be able to read and understand simple English.
