**Where you fit in**

Shell has formed its SoD center of expertise to make sure that our organizations SoD management top-of-the-line. You will be part of our diverse team within the Finance Global Assurance that support all Royal Dutch Shell business in the areas of risk management, financial controls and governance and assurance process.

**What’s the role?**

As the advisor for segregation of duties, you will be a point of reference for any complex SoD issue, a point of contact on any enhancements and projects related to assessing and improving our segregation of duties risk management and policies, as well as keeping our internal SoD controls and framework not just up-to-date, but also the highest of all the industry standards.

As a SoD Advisor you will be responsible for:

- Defining and maintaining SoD rules for the organization (SAP and non-SAP)
- Custodian to all of the SoD reference document - SoD matrices, mitigating control, compensating document, risk to mitigating control mapping
- Provide consultation to the organization in managing SoD risks
- Drive SoD risk remediation actions to closure
- Execute SoX controls governing SoD rules and definitions in the organization
- Facing internal and external auditor addressing queries on SoD management

**What we need from you**

We are keen to hear from talented individuals that understand Information Risk Management (IRM), Internal and External Auditing, and Business (IT & Finance) Controls and have a hands-on experience with user access management controls (SAP and non-SAP).
- Your significant years of handling and managing segregation of duties risks for a global organisation mainly operate on SAP environment (SAP ECC, BW/BO and S/4 Hana)
- Your unrivalled knowledge of SAP Security and user access management space, particularly on its architecture and design
- Your sound and working knowledge on SoD market standard tools SAP GRC12 and Saviynt
- Your good quality engagement and partnership with stakeholders to work efficiently in delivering bottom line
- Your strong influential skills to embed in the organization culture, SoD management is everybody topic
- Your critical and creative thinking to deliver valuable improvements in SoD management
- Understanding of Shell financial control and IT control framework is a plus
- Bringing business process knowledge and experience would be an advantage
