1. Prepare full set accounts and reporting.

2. To maintain systematic filing of all accounting records and documents.

3. Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

4. Managing petty cash transactions.

5. Perform daily collection & receipts reconciliation

6. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

7. Assist and deal with customers and external agencies, clients or suppliers.

8. Assist in admin related tasks.

9. To maintain systematic filing of all accounting records and documents.

10. Handle ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clerk: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Taiping (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Taiping: Relocate before starting work (required)
