**Position Summary**

The IT Intern will be immersed in various facets of Digital & Technology, with a specific focus on **Enterprise Architecture and Project Management**.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

**You will play an essential role to**:

- **Providing support in project management activities**, such as planning, coordination, and monitoring of digital projects.
- **Collaborating with cross-functional teams** to conduct process mapping exercises and propose to-be processes aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- **Support on Implementation of IT Systems**: Website Revamp Project, which aims to modernize and optimize our digital presence. Responsibilities may include conducting user research, and contributing to technical design and documentations.
- **Support in Process Mapping & Proposal of To-Be Processes**: Collaborate with stakeholders to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized to-be processes to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

**To be successful in this intern role, you will need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related discipline with latest CGPA of 3.00
- Have basic understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework)
- Basic understanding of web technologies and digital platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
