Clinic Assitant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting patient on _**registration and update waiting time/which consultation room.**_
- Assist_**doctor/nurses with examinations and routine procedures.**_
- Assist in preparing and _**dispensing medications.**_
- Assist _**in/clinical procedures/operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.**_
- _**Answering and handling incoming calls**_ on inquires accordingly.
- Monitor supplies of _**inventories and medications.**_
- To perform many other _**ad-hoc duties**_ assigned by the supervisor.
- Keep the clinic area _**clean and tidy.**_

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least _**1 Year**_ of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- _**Fresh graduate/Clinic assistant/Medical Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant/Radiographer are encourage to apply.**_
- Required Skill(s): _**Good computer skills, good communication skills, Customer service Orientated, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. **_
- _**Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, good interpersonal skills.**_
- Able to do _**shift work/night shift.**_
