What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

- Degree or high diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator at least 2 years.
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Computer - savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What do we need you to do (Key Responsibilities):

- Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the management of supplier return packaging.
- Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant Materials Analyst.
- Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages.
- Monitor and review operational method to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvement within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer services.
- Oversee any planned maintenance or vehicles, machinery and equipment.
- Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures.
- Sustain the corrective action to eliminate repeat issues.
- To attend customer and interested parties audit.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
