**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Rubber Formulation and Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new rubber formulations that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Quality Control and Assurance:

- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of rubber compounds during manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to product quality or performance.
- Research and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in rubber manufacturing.
- Lead research initiatives to improve and innovate rubber formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in rubber manufacturing.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement changes that enhance productivity without compromising product quality.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of rubber formulations into manufacturing processes.
- Communicate research findings, project updates, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in Chemistry with a focus on rubber or polymer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rubber manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of rubber chemistry, compounding, and processing.
- Proven track record in developing and optimizing rubber formulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
