**Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
Providing clear, concise, and commercially-focused legal advice to clients in all assigned corporate and finance law matters
Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation including:
Complex memoranda and articles of association and other equity documents
Complex legal opinions relating to corporate/finance transactions
Complex security documentation such as equitable and legal mortgages for high-value financing transactions; and
Sale and purchase agreements
Providing clear and practical advice to clients both in a clear written style and verbally
Leading client finance and commercial transactions
