IT Technician

Install software and hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs, and other tools commonly used by the Company - Strives to resolve malware and virus issues within personal workstations and the Company's network - Repair and maintain servers, personal computers, and other technology equipment - Contribute to the overall operations of the Company by writing and distributing memos about best practices for computer use - Configure computer networks - Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment - Monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks - Carry out minor repairs and replacing parts as required - Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software issues - Maintaining documentation
