We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time IGCSE Biology Tutor to join our team at [Your Institution/Organization Name]. As an IGCSE Biology Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality and personalized instruction to students preparing for their International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations in Biology. Utilizing innovative teaching methods and smart education tools, you will inspire and empower students to excel academically while fostering a deep understanding of biological concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the IGCSE Biology curriculum, incorporating smart education technologies and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to provide individualized support and guidance to students, focusing on key topics and exam preparation strategies.
- Utilize interactive digital platforms, simulations, and multimedia resources to create immersive learning experiences and stimulate student interest in biology.
- Assess students' understanding of biological concepts through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and educational technology specialists to integrate smart education tools effectively into the curriculum and optimize teaching methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student performance and development.
- Stay abreast of advancements in biology education, digital learning technologies, and smart education trends to continuously enhance teaching practices and instructional delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring IGCSE Biology students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Biology curriculum and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Passion for education, innovative teaching methods, and leveraging technology to enhance student learning experiences.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: RM30.00 - RM180.00 per hour
