- Working days : Monday to Friday
- Working hours : 9 Am to 6 PM
- Start Date : 15 April 2024
- Contract period: 4 months

**Job Scope**:

- Overseeing the daily operations office Kuala Lumpur from soft services to hard services and ensuring that all facilities and equipment's are in good working order
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, XFN team to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers including vendor onboarding, inspections, report, QBR, compliance
- Develop and implement employee engagement, CSR, human experience and activation programs that focus across various themes and pillars (DEI, social, masterclass, wellness, sustainability, festivals)
- Event coordination for onsite/offsite events
- Collaborate with EA to ensure that employee feedback is taken into account when planning events
- Assist to manage the budget, forecasts and projections for the facilities and events
- Assist in RFP and contract renewal
- Prepare purchase orders and invoices for approval and payment
- Ensure that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Work with building management to ensure that all building systems and facilities are functioning properly
- Coordinate with building management to schedule maintenance and repairs including annual power shutdown

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend jobs
