Working under the guidance of the Head Chef or Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, overseeing the preparation of dishes, and maintaining quality and consistency. Your expertise and attention to detail contribute directly to the overall culinary excellence of our establishment.

**Job Description**:

- Food Preparation
- Conduct regular checks on the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food safety and quality.
- Work collaboratively with other chefs, kitchen staff, and service personnel to deliver a cohesive and efficient dining experience.
- Provide support and guidance to junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to menu planning and development.
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
- Share knowledge and techniques to foster a learning environment.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in Ehsan Seasview Hotel, PD
