Purchasing Officer/ Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan
- Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department’s standard operating procedures
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives
- Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information
- Manage and review suppliers’ performance based on quality, delivery
- Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
- Draw up contracts and ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in contract
- Stock check with relevant departments when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor degree or above;
- Solid work experience in the relevant field is required for the said opportunity. Familiarity in foreign trade, imports and exports would be a strong advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Familiar with procurement workflow and have market research ability;
- Familiar with relevant contract terms, able to make commercial tenders and contracts;
- Be able to control procurement costs, and constantly seek methods and measures to reduce costs;
- Work conscientiously and have a sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in CHI is a must, due to the needs to liaise with suppliers and/or vendors in China at all times.
