由於業務擴展，我們目前正在尋找招聘顧問（初級/高級）加入我們經驗豐富且不斷成長的團隊。

**工作職責：**
- 支援全方位的招募活動，從研究、採購、面試、錄取以及與招聘相關的所有營運和管理工作。
- 負責所有業務職能部門的專業和非專業招聘
- 負責整個招聘流程，包括管理職位發布和獵頭、尋找和篩選候選人、追蹤候選人以及向招聘經理更新狀態。
- 促進面試回饋會議、準備薪資提案、提供口頭錄用通知並發布就業協議
- 與客戶建立牢固的關係，培養其業務和人才需求的專業知識，幫助開發和管理人才庫和管道
- 評估並回應每個特定客戶或任務的需求。

**工作要求：**
- 候選人必須至少擁有人力資源或任何相關領域的文憑/學位。
- 至少2-3年招聘機構工作經驗將更具優勢
- 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力，具有建立關係的能力。
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 套件（Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Outlook）。

- 工作時間：週一至週五，上午 8:30 至下午 5:30
- 地點：雪蘭莪州蒲種
- 高佣金支付！
- 可以安排混合工作安排
