**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily administration, operation support and sales support.
- Prepare daily documents such as Delivery Order and Invoice.
- Liase with sales team to ensure successful delivery to customer.
- Responsible for quality and quantity check for all daily orders before delivery to customer.
- To ensure sufficient stock for delivery, transportation and delivery time in a systematic manner.
- To perform stock check and prepare monthly stock report to Management for closing and purchasing purpose.
- To coordinate and control stock delivery and discrepancies must be reported immediately.
**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in the use of computers, including accounting software, Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Require skill(s) : Good communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
