Manage and ensuring compliance with ethical trading standards, facilitating audits, maintaining accurate records, and promoting continuous improvement in supply chain practices. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing suppliers for audits by providing guidance on compliance requirements.
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all Sedex and BSCI activities, including audit reports and corrective actions.
- Generate and analyze reports on supplier performance and compliance trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and suppliers on Sedex and BSCI requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to suppliers to help them achieve and maintain compliance.
- Implement best practices and initiatives to enhance supply chain transparency and ethical standards.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure they understand and meet compliance expectations.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Experience in conducting audits would be preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent Project management skills
- Fresh graduate can apply

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
