**Project Title**:
High Uptime of ASRS For Warehouse

**Description**:
ASRS Day-to-Day Operation, Maintenance & Sustaining For Warehouse

**Scope**:

- Engage with Operators, Technician, Supervisor from warehouse to ensure ASRS running in high uptime.
- Troubleshoot ASRS and identify the root cause.
- Inform Automation Techs for recovery.
- Data collection for UPH report, Response time report and carrier delivery time Report.

**Supporting Team**:

- IT Team
- Automation Team
- Warehouse Team

**Deliverables**:

- Able to maintain ASRS Putaway time < 10 mins.
- Able to maintain ASRS Picking time
2 hours.
