On-site Store Keeper

**Inventory Management**:Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods or materials. Verify quantities and quality of items received and ensure they match purchase orders or delivery documents.
- **Stock Organization**:Arrange and maintain inventory in an orderly manner, ensuring proper labelling, categorization, and storage to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- **Stock Control**:Monitor inventory levels regularly to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- **Documentation**:Update stock databases, stock cards, and other documentation to reflect stock movements and transactions.
- **Stock Receiving and Dispatching**:Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring accurate recording, inspection, and proper handling of items.
- **Health and Safety**:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the store or warehouse area.
- **Reporting**:Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and related metrics. Provide inventory-related information and data to management or other stakeholders as required.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective coordination and communication regarding inventory-related matters.

**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory control is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items if required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Contract based

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Store keeper: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- D, B2 (preferred)
