1. To plan, coordinate the receiving of Body & Paint customers in line with the standard guideline and processes. 2. To issue job orders, check on progress of repair works in the body & paint workshop, update of job control board and conduct final inspection prior to releasing the cars to the customers 3. To liaise with insurance companies, customers and sub-let contractors for sublet works, accident repairs and ensuring all charges are accounted for and charge out to customers accordingly and that the profit margin is attained 4. To ensure all documents are complete before releasing the vehicle to the customers. 5. To do final invoice for cash repairs and insurance cases and send the invoice to insurance companies 6. To ensure Discharge Voucher (DV) to be signed by the insured before the vehicle been delivered.
