Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Identify and target new customers and market segments to expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and promotional activities
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build industry connections and knowledge
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
