Business Administration Intern

Purpose of the Position:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's daily operational plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in company meetings, record meeting discussions and action plans, and track their implementation.
- Support the management team in file and data management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate cooperation and communication between departments, facilitating information flow and collaboration.
- Assist in developing and optimizing company processes and standard operating procedures to enhance work efficiency and quality.
- Participate in project management, coordinating work progress and resource allocation across teams.
- Support various activities of the management team, including scheduling, meeting organization, and document preparation.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is bonus
- Pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluent in English
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
