Position Objectives

Head of the Product Development Department and to continuously innovate on new products in addition to the continuous improvement of existing process. He/she is accountable for value added product development as well as the process improvement and Quality of the manufactured products.

Job

**Responsibilities**:
Actively source for information (i.e. supplier, customer, seminar, research institute) on market needs/trends in regards to new product, new processing method, new formulation, new product feature for evaluation with the management to determine direction for product development.

Continuously carry out product improvement (formulation) & process improvement in terms of cost efficiency and/or performance on all existing products and new products.

Lead the team by providing constant coaching, guidance and training on all aspect of product development, making product quality & innovation as one of the Company’s strength and identity.

Ensure the department is in compliance to the Company’s Quality Policy and its core value.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract

Pay: RM3,574.40 - RM6,000.00 per month
