**Responsibilities**:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and proofread data for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain and update databases with new information
- Organize and file documents as needed
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a clerical or data entry role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note that experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, personal assistant, or in order entry, project coordination, or transcription may be beneficial for this role.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
