To provide assistance to Team Lead in managing day to day BAU operations and issue.
- To assist IT team in providing L1 and L2 support for project related issues and CRs.
- To develop and test CRs for BAU and project clients.
- To participate in business discussion with users in providing technical resolution to users.
- To participate in user requirement during project phase.
- To develop use case and high level design during design stage.
- To assist tester during UAT stage.
- Technical document write ups as where and when required.
- To assist in creating and generating operation and analytic reports for users and management team as where and when required.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
