As the Wanderlust + Co **Photographer Cum Videographer**, you will be working to build up our in-house production studio which will be responsible for our brand’s visual assets, for both the website, as well as social media. Collaborative skills are a must to create images and videos for collection launches, inclusive of conceptualisation, photography, videography, digital image editing, video editing and requisitions of props/ supplies.

In this role, you will be bringing products to life through high quality digital photography and videography skills. In addition to your skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for visual trends will help you succeed in this role - to improve the shopping experience and conversion for customers, as well as create assets that enhances the brand’s visual voice and image.

**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -**

**20% - Planning**
- Work alongside commercial team to understand the collection launch timelines, asset requirements and contribute by way of taking responsibility for the commercial digital images, videos required and other multimedia elements to launch a new collection
- Conceptualising and planning of commercial visuals alongside commercial team, to be used across all omnichannel mediums - including retail stores, website and latest social and e-commerce platforms (including but not limited to drop ship, wholesale etc)
- Conceptualising and planning of photography, videography and creative projects, including but not limited to lookbook and campaign shoots to elevate brand position and presence, and translated across all mediums.

**60% - Execution**
- Ideate, manage and execute visual production activities - including photoshoots, videography, lookbooks, website/social media imagery, in-store visuals, motion graphics and any other visual production projects in line with the brand’s direction
- Take ownership over creating high quality and consistently beautiful visuals and videos, ensuring that content is on-brand and can be transformed across all omnichannel mediums - including retail stores, website and social and e-commerce platforms (including but not limited to dropship, wholesale etc)
- Select, crop and process images, maintaining file size specification guidelines, and retouching photos as required to ensure a consistent quality across images and videos.
- Constantly improve image and video quality using various editing methods
- Ideate, strategize and produce quality content that is on brand and in trend - ensuring visual marketing campaigns and efforts translate seamlessly across all digital mediums, including key revenue channels and social media channels

**20% - Brand Development & Post-Mortem**
- Understand and contribute to brand positioning across all omnichannel mediums after reviewing commercial results with the team - including retail stores, website and latest social and e-commerce platforms (including but not limited to drop ship, wholesale etc)
- Propose adjustments and changes to visual deliverables and creative work product, after reviewing the results of campaigns and overall visual direction

Responsible for care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props and supplies; and ensuring all design assets are well organized and archived in a neat manner

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
