Agriculture Executive

**a) Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Manage & Operate Durian Farm in Penang;
- Plan for planting & harvesting schedule;
- Carrying out the daily farming operations such as plants, transplants, fertilizes, applies chemicals, waters, prunes, and weeds flower beds and plant areas;
- Mow the lawns, prune the bushes and tress, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured look;
- Plants and propagates bedding plants; may manage greenhouse operations, as applicable;
- Picks up and disposes of litter;
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools;
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices;
- Take on special landscaping or planting projects as and when assigned by the management.

**b) Job Requirements:

- **
- Diploma/ Advance/ Graduate Diploma in Plantation Management, Agricultural Science, Forestry or related fields.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in plantation management or similar fields will be added advantage.
- Language required(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on leadership qualities, passionate and determined to complete tasks on hand.
- Passion in gardening is desired.
- Adaptable and able to work as a team.
- Willing to travel to various locations even traveling to outstation to visit Company’s plantations.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
