Floral Assistant

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our Floral Artisans by preparing flowers, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain the freshness of flowers by unloading, unwrapping, and conditioning them.
- Remove thorns and dead petals, give foliages a fresh cut, and place them in water-filled buckets.
- Ensure cleanliness of the premises by sweeping up debris and washing florist tools.
- Organize floristry materials such as sponges, wires, and wrappers for easy access.
- Collaborate with team members to understand specific customer orders.
- Manage floral inventory, ensuring a diverse and well-maintained selection.
- Monitor and report on the availability of different flowers and seasonal variations.
- Conduct quality checks on all floral arrangements to meet our standards.
- Execute goods received from suppliers and conduct quality checks.
- Address any issues regarding the quality or appearance of flower stocks.
- Work closely with florists and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in special projects or events requiring floral expertise.
- Assist with other assigned tasks as needed by the manager.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience in floristry is required; we'll provide training
- Possess a passion for flowers and interacting with people.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus, and discipline.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
