**Job description**
- Teach knowledge and skills in art, including drawing, painting, lettering, and art history.
- Demonstrate techniques in activities such as drawing and painting.
- Knows the fundamentals and different approaches to drawing media technique.
- Instruct students in proper care and use of tools and equipment.
- Evaluate each student’s performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings, and prepare progress reports.
- Select and requisition books, instructional materials, tools, instructional aids, and maintain required inventory records.
- Plan and present art displays and exhibitions designed to exhibit students’ work for the school.
- Communicate effectively with all parties such as students, parents and peers on a regular basis on students’ progress in Art.
- Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules.
- Stimulate and nurture interest in Art throughout the school
- Coordinate and lead specific learning activities, competitions and theme weeks.
- Duties and submissions as required by the Principal.

**Qualification**
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. Preferably major in Art/ or Design

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
